The agreement between you and Tirion Data. Written to be read.
Tirion Data provides prospect research software. These terms cover your use of this website and the product. By using either, you agree to them.
You need an account for the product. Keep your credentials to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has them. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Accounts are for your organisation and its people. Do not share one login across a team, and do not resell access.
Use it for legitimate fundraising and prospect research work.
You must not use Tirion to make decisions about credit, insurance, employment, housing, or anything else covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Tirion is not a consumer reporting agency and its output is not a consumer report.
Do not use it to harass, intimidate, or endanger anyone. Do not scrape it, resell it, or feed it into a competing product.
The information comes from public records, which are uneven and sometimes wrong. We show coverage and confidence honestly, including where the record runs out, and we publish measured coverage at data sources.
Estimates are estimates. A wealth range or a gift capacity is our model reading public records, clearly labelled as such. Verify anything material before you act on it.
The service is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Paid plans are billed in advance at the rate shown when you subscribe. Fees are not refundable except where the law requires it. If a plan meters lookups, usage above the plan allowance may be limited or billed, and we will tell you which.
You can stop using Tirion at any time and cancel your plan. We can suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if payment fails, or if use puts the service or other people at risk. We will give notice where we reasonably can.
To the extent the law allows, Tirion is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to account holders. Last updated 14 August 2026.
