Plainly: this website tracks nothing, and the research data comes from public records. Here are the details.
This marketing site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and makes no requests to any third party. Fonts and images are served from our own domain. Nothing about your visit is tracked or shared.
If you fill in the demo form, we receive the name, email address, organisation, role and message you type. That goes to info@tiriondata.com by email so we can reply. It is not added to a marketing list and it is not sold.
When you hold an account, we store the details needed to run it: your identity through our authentication provider, your organisation, your plan, and a record of the lookups you make so usage can be counted against your plan.
We keep an audit record of API and integration calls. That record deliberately excludes the content: no names you searched, no notes, no biographies, no source URLs, no tokens and no key material.
If you use Tirion through Claude (the MCP connector), Claude sends our server the inputs of each tool it calls on your behalf, such as a name, an address, or a place, together with a sign-in token that identifies your Tirion account. We use those inputs to answer the call and count it against your plan, and we keep the same content-free audit record described above. We do not receive, request, or store your conversation with Claude, Claude's memory, or any files you have shared with it. The connector only reads from Tirion. Beyond counting the lookup against your plan, it cannot change your data or ours. Anthropic's handling of your conversation is covered by Anthropic's own privacy policy.
This is the part that matters most in our line of work, so we will be direct about it.
Tirion holds information about individuals who are not our customers and never agreed to anything with us. All of it comes from public records: county assessor and recorder filings, filings made to the Securities and Exchange Commission, returns nonprofits are required to disclose, federal campaign contributions, and published sources. We do not buy data from brokers, and we do not take anything from private accounts or social media.
We only publish what the source published. Where a figure is our estimate rather than a record, the product says so next to the number.
If you are an individual and want to know what we hold about you, or want it corrected or removed, write to info@tiriondata.com. We will tell you what is on file and where it came from. Some records we cannot remove, because they are public filings that exist independently of us, but we can remove them from our product.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for advertising.
We use a small number of service providers to run the product, including our authentication provider, cloud hosting, and email delivery. They process data on our behalf and under contract, not for their own purposes.
Account records last for as long as the account does, and for a reasonable period afterwards for billing and legal reasons. Demo enquiries live in an email inbox. Public-record data is kept and refreshed as long as it remains part of the product.
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may have a formal right to those things; we will honour the request either way. Write to info@tiriondata.com.
There is nothing to opt out of on this website, because nothing here tracks you.
