Bring Tirion into the conversation

Tirion runs an MCP server, so Claude can query the public record directly. Sign in once and ask in the same chat where you are already drafting the brief. No copying between tabs, no exporting.

  • Search people, open a profile, and check a property portfolio without leaving the chat
  • Paste a guest list or a column of addresses and let Claude work through it
  • Pull political giving, SEC filings, board seats, foundations, and news mentions
  • Every answer arrives with its confidence and its sources attached
  • Works in Claude on the web, Claude Desktop, Claude Code, and any MCP client

Enrichment runs 25 rows at a time, so a list of 40 takes two passes. Of the 40, 29 have no property on record. That is an absence of evidence, and the answer says so rather than returning zero.

Self-Correcting Profiles

Public property records are messy. Names are misspelled, addresses change, and two different people can share the same name in the same county. Tirion's correction system catches these errors, lets you flag them, and learns from every fix so the same mistake doesn't recur.

  • Flag any profile section as inaccurate directly from the profile page
  • Suggest that two profiles represent the same person, Tirion routes it to review
  • Every confirmed correction becomes a training signal that improves future matching
  • Full correction history on every profile so you can see what changed and why

Working from a list, inside Claude

The connector is most useful when you arrive with something messy: a guest list, a column of addresses, a spreadsheet a colleague sent over. Claude reads the list, calls Tirion for each row, and hands back what the public record actually supports.

Illustrative

Here are 12 addresses from the gala list. Who owns them, and what are they worth?

tirion search_by_address 12 lookups
tirion assess_wealth 4 owners
1414 Chain Bridge Rd, McLean VA $3.2M M. and E. Vasquez Confirmed owner
8407 Riverside Rd, Alexandria VA $2.1M RIVERSIDE HOLDINGS LLC Assessor name only
22 Lantern Way, Vienna VA Not on record No parcel matched this address
The name the county assessor published comes back every time. A link to a Tirion profile appears only when the owner is confirmed. A holding company with nobody resolved behind it stays a name, not a person, and Claude will tell you so instead of guessing.

Connect it once

  1. In Claude, add a custom connector.
  2. Point it at https://mcp.tiriondata.com/mcp
  3. Sign in with your Tirion account.

That is the whole setup. It runs on your own account, with your own lookup allowance, and reaches nothing your subscription does not already cover.

What Claude can reach

People and profiles Property and owners Address lookup Political giving SEC filings Nonprofits and foundations Board service Relationships News mentions Capacity assessments Prospect discovery List enrichment

Every result carries a confidence tier and the sources behind it. A county assessor record and an inference are never handed back as the same kind of fact.

What it will not do

It cannot read your CRM, and it has no view of your own gift history. It is a research surface, not a place to keep your donor file.

Every call is logged to your account: which tool ran, when, and the request itself, including what you looked up. We keep that log to run the service securely and prevent abuse, and we reserve the right to review it. What we do not keep is the substance of the results. More on how we handle that.

100% Public Data, Fully Auditable

Every data point in Tirion links to its public source. No purchased data. No scraped private data. All data is traceable to government sources with legal citation.
