1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Tirion platform ("Service"), operated by Tirion Data, Inc. ("Tirion," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of service

Tirion provides a wealth intelligence and prospect research platform that aggregates publicly available data from multiple sources, including property records, SEC filings, FEC contributions, and IRS Form 990 data.

3. Account registration

To access the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law
• Use data obtained through the Service to discriminate against any person
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense data obtained through the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract bulk data from the Service
• Use the Service to stalk, harass, or intimidate any individual
• Circumvent access controls, rate limits, or security measures

5. Data and intellectual property

The Service aggregates data from publicly available sources. Tirion does not claim ownership of the underlying public records. The compilation, entity resolution, analytics, and AI-generated insights are proprietary to Tirion. You may use data from the Service for your internal business purposes only.

6. Subscription and billing

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

7. Data accuracy disclaimer

Tirion aggregates data from third-party public sources and cannot guarantee that all information is accurate, complete, or current. The Service is provided for informational purposes and should not be the sole basis for any financial, legal, or business decision.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIRION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy policy.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

12. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Alexandria, Virginia.
